Due to fraudulent purchases being made we manually approve new user accounts before granting access to download plugins.
In order for us to approve your account for download after making a purchase we require that you send us a email from the primary email address associated with your PayPal account.
** We will only accept emails from the primary email address registered on your PayPal account, no exceptions will be made **
If you can not provide us with a email from the correct email address we will not approve your account and a refund will be issued.
Account verification can only be done once a purchase has been made so please don't send us a email prior to making a purchase.
This only applies to the first purchase that is made, any subsequent purchases will be instantly available to download.
Once you have made a purchase, send us a email at [email protected] from the primary email address registered to your PayPal account.
In the email please state your forum username and the name of the plugin you purchased.
When we have received your verification email and have approved your account to download, we will send a email back to you and you will be able to download the plugin via the plugin overview.
We ask that you allow up to 24 hours from the time you send your email for your account to be verified as we don't have staff available full time to process account verifications, however the average turn around time is usually significantly lower.
