Furnace Upgrades 2.0.2

Fixed:
- Unable to upgrade furnaces on tugsboats;
- Furnaces do not return with updated attributes when removed;
- CanStackItem error fixed;
- Removed the upgrade button when you are in the tutorial island;
- Changed the legacy furnace image;

Added:
- Team members can now remove ovens when “Owner Only” option is enabled;

Added permissions for the AutoFuel & AutoSplit features.
Added an option "Disable status panel" to disable the status panel.

Now when the option "Only the owner can upgrade the furnace" is enabled, only the owner of the furnace will be able to remove it if it has been upgraded.
- If only the autosplit or autofuel options are the furnace modifications, it will not be counted as an "upgrade".

Some minor things have been changed in the UI.

Fixed a bug where when using the "Legacy" mode on the server, furnaces would not save attributes when removed with the "Remover Tool" plugin

NEW LEGACY MODE
It is now possible to switch between using the legacy mode or the standard mode of furnace upgrades!
Legacy mode is the mode where the user must upgrade each attribute of the furnace instead of upgrading its levels.

Added a option to move and change the background color of the upgrade button;

Fixed an error where it was not possible to turn on electric furnaces.
