Improved present spawning (should no longer spawn under the map and be better performance wise)
A bunch of other improvements to both functionality and performance
Some fixes to (hopefully) fix some of the issues with present spawning
Please note that if you are testing this latest patch, you are doing so at your own risk. I have not had the opportunity to test in a larger scale environment, but it was working fine on my development server.

Included extra raycast limitations & checks to mostly prevent presents from spawning in the air
Added config option for all 1.00 chance items to always be spawned
Added config option for stocking lighting to be kept on if they still have items in them
Fixed config options for present entity min and max drop items
Added an option to only refill stockings if they are empty
Code cleanup
Added option for customising how much ammo a weapon spawns with (min and max percentages based off of the maximum capacity)
Removed some weird code that was causing some issues with the amount of items coming out of presents & stockings
