*** Delete your config file and Language File First or it will ERROR out ****

- added a few checks to help bypass and notify on server errors when running /covert and config file stead ID's are not in proper format.
- cleaned up a few things here and there.
- added a couple more messages to language file. mostly for reporting errors.
- added some more descriptive text to config file.
- updated a few depreciated hooks, was giving warnings in console they need to be updated.

* Hello everyone, i ( Colon Blow) just took this one over, i will be doing more for it, this was a initial pass over to fix a few things.

• Fixed issues with admin abilities
• Added config option to have admin abilities disabled during covert mode

• Updated for changed BetterChat API

• (hopefully) Removed the need for BetterChat, however BetterChat support will still be there (this has not been fully tested, if you experience any issues, report them to the support thread ASAP)

• Hopefully fixed some of the OnPlayerDie errors

• Extra fix for better compatibility with other plugins (this is untested so let me know if there are any further issues with this)

• When going into covert mode with a custom steamID, people you kill will now see a spoofed name of the steamID on their death screen

Please note: I do highly suggest ALWAYS using a steamID when going into covert mode. Without a custom steamID, some features will be disabled and some errors could occur with the plugin if not used correctly

• Improved handling of covert players logging off / login on, check config for new option
