Removed minimum marker radius size restriction
Set default marker radius to 0.1

• Updated "You died here" message to be in the lang file instead

• Removed debug code

• Improved compatibility with other plugins that use map markers

• Added 3D visual markers in game (requires the plugin to grant a player administration roles for an extremely short amount of time)

With this update you will have to generate a new configuration file.
