Skin Perks 4.1.9

Hello, I really like your plugin! The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the plugin always has some minor issues. These problems tend to occur after the server restarts. My players frequently report that their weapon perks are not applying, and no matter how many times I reload the plugin, even after unload and load it again, there is no change. The perks only take effect after the player uses the "/skinperk info" command once, and after that, they work fine until the next server restart. Please fix this issue. If it's resolved, I'll update my rating to 5 stars. Thank you for taking the time to fix this bug!

Damageout has no effect on rocket launcher. How can I solve it
