- Fix for lightning cooldown not working
- Reduced number of entities the Lightning spell will try to damage within radius.

- Added new Lightning spell with all config options for it as well.
- fixed item ID's for Food for mana. should work right by default now.
- fixed spells damage/req..etc not reflecting players current wizard level if they recently got promoted higher or lower.
- master level 4 (admins) now also bypass cooldown timers as well as the mana cost.
- coding tweaks.

* please if you have issues with the lightning spell. just let me know. seems to work good. and fun :)
- Spells should cycle correctly with players maximum wizard level correctly
- Freeze spell does not effect caster
- Removed "Blank" spell when turning toggling spells on. will now show spell 1
- Added entity pooling when scanning for entities to damage.
- re coded fire spell to deal damage more reliably from whats set in config.
* Quick fix for Fire Spell not doing Heat damage if victim is past a few feet from player

* Changed Fire Spell to not spawn random flames, and deal ONLY Heat damage in a radius. Settings in config. Reason for this change, is the fire spawns are not very controllable and lead to very OP fires spell Buring everything.
* Added Arcane Missile Spell, kinda like the Missile, just does less damage and cost less.
* Re coded NPC freeze to also effect rid-able horses too and well as other NPC's
* Added reuse cool downs to all spells.
* Possible fix for mana bar popping up for a split second randomly at times :)
- Mana bar does not disappear if still holding correct active item.
- Tweaked a few other things here and there.
- added new config options for cooldowns and stuff
- added language addition for new spell

- Added the Option for Each spell to require a specific Item/Resource to cast it.
- Added config options for Spell Material Requirement Item ID and Item QTY. (by default, no spells require any materials, and setting QTY to zero means it does not require any materials to cast)
- Added Small Crosshair when using wand
- When shooting missiles and fire spell, players now are tagged as the creator of that projectile. this helps when setting up some PVE plugins to block damage by players.
- Added Console Commands so players can Bind custom keys to Cast spells and Cycle thru spells. Commands are wizardry.cast and wizardry.cycle
- Adjusted players spell start point height when player is ducked.

**** Delete your config file first, then load new plugin *****
- Corrected config conversion for Damage Buff and Damage Immunity spells to properly set values with decimals.
- Tweaked a thing here or there too :)
- Fix for Custom Wand Skins not properly working
- Fixed Missile and rocket spells being super slow
- Added better Null checks when entities are damaged
