Fixed save config option not being applied to auto spawned helicopters
Removed UH1Y collider workaround, find mesh collider and change its layer so it collides with shit
Add a collider to the UH1Y since apparently it no longer exists...

Fixed NRE when minicopter/scraptransport is killed
**IMPORTANT** This version requires a hook that is not yet implemented in the current release of Oxide (v2.0.4394). You will be required to use a modified assembly to use this update until the hook has been pushed to main release.

Fixed rotation not being saved (likely cause of helicopters possibly being spawned through a wall)
Added missing "Use custom controls" config option for CH47
Added custom seats to helicopters with "Use custom controls" enabled so you can look around without needing to hold ALT
Adjusted seating positions for new seat type
Fixed mounting to pilot seat in CH47
Removed warning message about autospawns if no spawn file is specified
Don't destroy mini/transport helicopters if they are upside down when not using custom controls
Don't show custom control instructions if not using custom controls
Fixed NRE in DismountPlayer when mount point is destroyed
Pause flyhack detection for 1 second when dismounting a helicopter
Change distance check to seat from location when trying to mount (fixes not being able to enter pilot seat of minicopter from the right hand side)
Skip find closest seat if a valid unmounted seat is provided (fixes changing seats putting you back where you were)
Spawn position when spawned by player is now 5m away
Spawn rotation when spawned by player is now player rotation -90 degrees so pilot seat is always infront of player
