Tranyard Prefab Update
Added in dome and junkyard let me know if junkyard path sucks and some ideas.

Fix for rust update
Fixed ifstuck being called and tossing Bradley when not stuck.
Added stuck check. if bradley gets stuck on something he will tp to the next point in his path.
Path changed to default paths. Added Stop positions to default paths. Added more default paths.

Fixed harbor pathing. Moves lockedcrate out the way if he runs into one.
