Added public placement/access system for public terminals so users with permission can create a network of cameras anywhere in the world
Reset forward rotation of spectating player to prevent view twisting on cameras with high angle
Adjusted camera set position 0.1 units back towards the structure
Adjusted player position 0.2 units infront of the camera to prevent clipping
Increased the opacity of the camera overlay
