Delete your lang messsges, as some of thme changed.
- if you choose in config, there is now an individual per player blocking start, so fresh joined users will still couldn't use items, but other, that joined early - can, if time passed
Eg. you have set blocking for C4 for 1day, player A joined yesterday and 1day is passed for him, so he can use it, but player B joined only today, so he still can't use it
- now you can show/hide logo in the corner
- refactored the config generation
- added to each group of items blocked individual name, so it can be shown in GUI info
- added logo image for earch group, so when the group unblocks - it changes logo
- when the group of items unblocks - the announce to all players happens
- all of these leads to that you can have new possibility - have some sort of "Stages of evolution"
for now you can generate default config for this huge blocking of almost all things
- added blockingability for different bullet types
- added blocking ability for weapon mods
