Helicopter ignores zombies
Fixed flamethrower use by zombies, increased default attack spacing to 5 seconds otherwise there is no escape
Fixed chainsaw not being on all the time
Added config option for arctic research base spawns
Added config option "Specific horde profiles for randomly spawned hordes". If profile names are added to this list then all random horde will use a random profile from this list
Do not update until the coming game update

Fixed for Rust update
Added new NPC targeting hook for new AI. This hook has not been merged into Oxide yet, I will upload a .zip in the discussion thread with the updated .dlls if anyone wants to start using it right away, otherwise wait for a official Oxide update
