This update is for the downloader plugin only!

Added console command "chaosnpc.forcedownload" to force download the latest version of ChaosNPC

Added support for using specified AlphaLoot profiles as loot tables for NPCs. All plugins using this will have the option automatically added to their config file

The download for this file is now a downloader plugin the same as what is used for the Chaos extension
